YWAM
 Barbara’s personal mission statement is “Equipping, Inspiring, and Serving Ambassadors of Healing and Reconciliation to the Nations.” She has ministered with Youth With A Mission since 1985, developing and running missions training programs, as well as serving in communication for the mission’s international communications office.
Since 2005 she has been serving with the YWAM International Communications team in Colorado Springs, Colorado which hosts YWAM’s International website, produces missions videos and training resources for missionaries and local churches, and offers World Christian News and Books. As well, she leads worship and serves on the leadership team with a local congregation and ministry which is planting churches in Colorado, Germany, Wales, and Central Asia.
