From Yvonne’s recent newsletter:
Monko (the carpenter for Hope church) went with me to the house to evaluate the needed repairs. He could not put a new roof on the old house since it leans so badly. It will have to wait until spring when he could tear it down and rebuild it. He said the wood is good and can be used again – praise God.
The outhouse desperately needs repair. Monko dug a new hole, but he only had a few long pieces of wood for the frame. We could not find any wood for a new outhouse. So we covered the hole until spring when he can go back to work on it. We will have to bring wood with us to do the work.
I really felt that I was to go back to my previous ministry, to walk on the land praying over it and the people. As I walked the hills asking Father what to do, He said “ Obey Me. Some plant, some water and I will bring in the harvest.“ Praise God - I felt the trip was all worthwhile. Just before we left, the senior Pastor sent his youth pastors to come to stay in the house and evangelize in the village to bring more people into the Kingdom.
This September one of the people I discipled and her daughter went to YWAM Bible school here. We received a very good report from their teachers about how they are growing in the Father’s ways. She and her daughter will graduate from CRDTS at the end of January.
Please keep the needs of the church in prayer and ask Father to draw more people into the Kingdom. Thank you for all your prayers and interest. I pray the Father’s blessings on all of you as you continue in your faith and endure to the end to receive your reward. May God receive the glory for all that He does in our lives.
SPECIAL PRAYER NEED: Yvonne was in a serious car accident recently. She is recovering in the mid-western US.
